About RADIANX
What is RADIANX CAPITAL?
RADIANX CAPITAL, LLC is a New York-based SEC-registered investment adviser (CRD# 298178). We provide comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions — operating exclusively under the fiduciary standard since November 2017.
Are you a fiduciary?
Yes — always. As an SEC-registered investment adviser, we are legally required to act in your best interest at all times. This is not a standard we optionally apply — it is a legal obligation that governs every recommendation, every decision, and every communication.
How are you regulated?
RADIANX CAPITAL is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC No. 801-117100, CRD# 298178, EIN: 82-3414149). You can verify our registration and review our Form ADV on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
Where are you located?
Our office is located at 529 5th Avenue, Suite 1475, New York, NY 10017. While we are headquartered in New York, we work with clients across the United States.
Fees & Costs
How do you charge for your services?
We operate on a fee-only basis. Our fees are based on a percentage of assets under management (AUM), charged quarterly. We do not earn commissions, referral fees, or any form of compensation from third parties. All fees are fully disclosed in our Form ADV, which is available upon request.
Do you charge for financial planning separately?
Comprehensive financial planning — including retirement, tax, estate, and cash flow planning — is integrated into our wealth management service for qualifying clients. There is no separate charge for planning when assets are managed with us above minimum thresholds.
What is your minimum investment?
Our typical minimum for comprehensive wealth management is $1 million in investable assets. However, we evaluate each prospective client individually. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific situation before assuming you do or do not qualify.
Investment Process
Do you use model portfolios?
No. Every client portfolio is built from the ground up — tailored to your specific goals, tax situation, time horizon, income needs, and risk tolerance. We do not slot clients into pre-packaged model portfolios. Your portfolio reflects your life, not a template.
What asset classes do you invest in?
We invest across a broad spectrum: domestic and international equities, fixed income, real assets, and alternatives including private equity, private credit, and hedge strategies (for qualified clients). Asset class selection is always driven by your specific objectives and time horizon.
How often will you communicate with me?
You will receive formal portfolio reviews at least quarterly, with written performance reports and attribution analysis. Beyond scheduled reviews, we are accessible throughout the year — for market updates, life event planning, or simply questions. You will never feel like a number.
How do you handle tax management?
Tax efficiency is embedded into every investment decision — not added as an afterthought. We implement continuous tax-loss harvesting, asset location optimization, Roth conversion analysis, and coordinate directly with your CPA or tax attorney throughout the year.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
The first step is a complimentary consultation — an unhurried conversation about your financial situation, goals, and what you're looking for in an adviser. There is no obligation, no pressure, and no sales pitch. Contact us at [email protected] or call (646) 403-3807 to schedule.
What happens in the first meeting?
We listen first. We will ask thorough questions about your current financial position, future goals, concerns, existing relationships, and what an ideal outcome looks like for you. At the end, we will tell you honestly whether and how we can add meaningful value — and what working together would look like.
How long does it take to onboard?
From initial consultation to completed onboarding typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of your financial situation and account transfers. We manage the process thoroughly and communicate at every step to ensure a smooth transition.

Still have questions?
